About Feessie
What is Feessie?
Feessie is a free Dutch web app for organising a kids’ birthday party: invite with one link, see who is coming and what they can’t eat, plan the day with a day plan, and give one gift together.
What it saves you
Feessie takes over the keeping track, so you spend less time messaging and working things out.
- One link instead of a message per parentEach child gets a personal link. Parents answer themselves in a few taps, so you copy and keep track of no replies.
- See who is coming, without asking aroundOne overview shows per child whether the link was opened, whether they are coming and what they can’t eat. You only message the parents who haven’t answered.
- A day plan that is already madeYou answer a few questions and Feessie turns them into the day on the clock and a checklist. No schedule to invent, and every helper gets a link with only their own tasks.
- One payment link for the giftGuests chip in through one link and see how far the pot is. You send no separate payment requests.
- Say thanks in one tapThe friends’ stickers are already on the thank-you card. Add a photo and share it by WhatsApp or print it.
What your child gets
Part of Feessie is for the birthday child.
- An invitation in the theme of the partyYou pick a theme, such as dinosaurs, space or unicorns, and the invitation speaks in the birthday child’s voice: "Are you coming to my party?"
- A wishlist of their own to put in orderYour child drags the gifts they want up or down, together with you if you like, so the most wanted ones stand on top.
- Stickers and messages from their friendsEach invited child sends a sticker with a short message. At the party you show them one by one on the TV and read the messages out loud.
- One big gift, from everyoneWhen guests give one gift together, it is handed over at the party on behalf of everyone who chipped in.
- A thank-you card to keepA card with your own photo in a polaroid frame and all the friends’ stickers, to share or print.

What you can do with it
How it works
-
Make the party
Name, age, date and theme. Link a wishlist and a shared gift now or later.
-
Share the link
Each child gets a personal link, by WhatsApp or as a QR code on paper.
-
See who is coming
Replies, dietary needs and gifts in one overview that only you see.
When Feessie is not the right tool
- Secret Santa or name drawing. Feessie is for birthday parties, invitations and wishlists, not for drawing names.
- Holding or managing money. Feessie is not a bank, a wallet or an escrow service. Parents add their own payment link.
- Event tickets or public events. Feessie is for private family and children’s celebrations, not for selling tickets.
- An app from an app store. There is no Feessie app to download: it is a website.
- A day plan for teen or adult parties. The day plan is for kids’ parties only.
Questions
What does Feessie cost?
Nothing. It is free for you and for your guests.
Do guests need to install anything?
No. Guests open a link and answer. There is no app and no account needed.
How do I know who is coming?
Each child has a personal link. The overview shows who opened it, who is coming and what they can’t eat. Only you see it.
How does a shared gift work?
You add your own Tikkie or payment-request link to one gift. Guests choose an amount and pay through that link, and see how far the pot is. Feessie holds no money.
What happens to allergy details?
Only you can see them, and they are deleted about 60 days after the party.
Is Feessie only for kids’ parties?
No. Teen parties work too, and a wishlist works for anyone. The day plan is for kids’ parties only.
Does Feessie process payments?
No. Payments go through your own Tikkie or payment-request link. Feessie ends where the payment link begins.
Can people find my party page on Google?
No. Party pages and wishlists are not indexed by search engines. Only people with the link can open them.
